Brian K. Pinaire is a writer, researcher, and editor living in Portland, Oregon. He holds a BA in politics from Whitman College and a PhD in political science from Rutgers University. Pinaire was formerly a tenured professor of political science at Lehigh University, where he received multiple awards for teaching and research. He is the author of two books, THIS IS NOT YOUR FATHER'S FATHERHOOD and THE CONSTITUTION OF ELECTORAL SPEECH LAW, as well as over 80 articles for both academic journals and commercial outlets.
